Even young individuals who graduate from ultimate prestigious universities like UCL, which is a major model for the University of Tokyo, sometimes find themselves pursuing graduate studies in the U.S. without securing a good full-time position. When I hear such stories, I feel fortunate that I was able to start my career as a full-time news reporter right from the beginning, allowing me to gain valuable experience quickly.
