In my U.S. graduate study plan, the prospect of effectively utilizing credits from Harvard University has emerged as a potentially impactful strategy. There’s a high likelihood that this could also positively influence various licensing opportunities in Japan. Currently in a tight situation, I’ve arrived at UTokyo’s Hongo campus, where I can access Wi-Fi, and have begun various administrative procedures.
Shifting gears entirely, I’ve made numerous discoveries during the application process for foreign universities. Through incidental procedures, it’s not uncommon to find cases where Japanese government agencies fund the overseas study of their employees. An example of such a dispatch I happened to learn about involves the Ministry of Defense. For someone like me, who currently lacks any domestic enrollment options beyond the University of Tokyo and is facing significant challenges, it’s a truly puzzling mood.
